Be sure to get your Host’s / Client’s information for security / emergency purposes (Name / Address / Health Insurance / License Plate / Phone Number / Email / Plans and Destinations)

Interview and ask questions about the Host / Client, make sure your interests and concerns are answered. Do not go on a Tour without knowing anything about it.

Use Cash or an Online Pay App (Venmo / PayPal / Cash App) to be safe and to not give away any personal or bank information.

Do not assume anything, clarify your answers with the Host / Client.

Do not participate or encourage illegal activity. Drugs, sex, soliciting, trespassing, vandalizing, or any other type of intrusive behavior should be avoided. Don’t be afraid to say no and leave.
