Sponsor Me User Guide

 

Do not accept or give money! Sponsors should only contribute through their resources and services or by donating products, not by giving out money.

 

Interview and question your Sponsor or Applicant, get to know them and find out more about them so you know how to help and how to avoid scams. 

 

You must pay taxes on a certain amount of charity / value. Be sure to file your taxes if you exceed the amount of value your local tax law enforces for charity. 

 

Maintain a consistent relationship with your Sponsor / Applicant. Know what progress they are making from your sponsorship and support. Make sure they are not selling your charity or merchandise to make money.

 

Do not give away any personal banking information (Credit Cards / Bank Information)
