2. Furthermore, each party agrees to provide additional items or monetary compensation to ensure that the overall exchange of services or goods is fair and equal.

3. Each party acknowledges the goods or services being exchanged through this barter agreement are legal and are the rightful owner of those goods.

4. The parties guarantee that there are no other claims or liens against the services or property being offered

5. The Parties will deliver the goods or services on the agreed date in working and well kept condition.

6. Neither of the Parties involved in this barter agreement shall assign any rights to another person without prior written consent during any part of this agreement term.

 

Term

 

This barter agreement shall take full effect as of the agreement date and will end upon the exchange of the agreed goods or services as mentioned in this agreement.

 

Responsibility 

 

Once this barter agreement has been executed and all goods or services exchanged, any damage or loss related to the goods or services shall not be held responsible against the original owner of that property
