So when I Astral Project, I travel with my mind and can go anywhere and see anything I want to. I don’t necessarily fully leave my body, it’s more of just a conscious or mind travel. My mind leaves my body and I can simultaneously see things in my physical or in the non physical. My vision has become more clear while I do it, I can see things more accurate. Sometimes like last night I go into the 4th Dimension (Which I guess is the Astral) and time travel, however watching the future I started getting interference from my current place in time (I live in a very narcissistic town and they pick up on everything I do) so they started to confuse my clarity and experience with the future. Anyways, this is definitely something I am getting better at and I am continuing to make breakthroughs and realizations with it. It’s the best thing I can do at this moment to work on getting out of this town (Physically and Nonphysically). Wish me luck!
