Electricity Buzz

I came up with an idea to get high from an electric current with a transmitter where you can adjust the frequency to stimulate your brainwaves to help you concentrate or get high. I call it “The Concentrator”, I even had a provisional patent for it back in 2015. I got the idea from my vape usb charger, it gave off a hum from the electricity and I noticed that it affected my mind. I don’t think anything is out there like it, the closest thing is white noise or psychic transmitters that give out static noise. Who knows what kind of health risks are involved, it could trick your brain and throw off your frequency but I don’t think it will be that bad, just go easy on the voltage.
