Get some pure squeezed lemon juice ($4 at your grocery store) and fill about a quarter of your cup or glass with it, then fill the rest of your cup or glass with water. (You can add turmeric powder if you want to aid in your probiotic and digestion health) Do this twice a day in the morning and at night. Watch the weight come right off of you!
Turmeric powder can make you feel light headed and faint if you use too much of it, it’s a very powerful thing. You don’t need it to lose weight though, it’s all about the lemon juice! I think the acid from the lemons boost your metabolism, anyways good luck, let me know your results!
